Hi, I’m Ana Vitória Tereza!
Founder, Mentor, Ocean Strategist, and Advocate for Women Leading in the Blue Economy.
In 2024, I said “no” to a secure position at the United Nations office in Italy to say “yes” to myself. At the same time, I discovered I was pregnant. While embracing this new chapter, I moved to the stunning Azores, where I chose to build a life, enterprise, and career aligned with my values, creating space for both family and professional growth while pursuing my entrepreneurial vision.
With my experience and international background across +5 countries, I help women in the blue economy and environmental fields to step into their full power. I guide them to build businesses, lead with confidence, and bring their bold ideas and authentic voices into the world.
