This Master Class explores how ocean literacy strengthens project design, governance, funding success, and long-term impact—across education, policy, innovation, and entrepreneurship. Participants will learn how ocean literacy moves beyond awareness to become a practical tool for building credible, inclusive, and fundable blue projects.
